This page will explain how to make an order.
The current website is for showcase only, we are still working on an international website for everyone. All orders will be conducted in Instagram DM.

STEP 1: Have a look at our available products by switching the language at the top of the page then click ALL.
Everything is quoted in USD, we take conversion rate based on Paypal’s rate or you can use Google’s rate for reference.
Tax is already included.

STEP 2: Send us the products you want to purchase on our Instagram @sugarspice.vn, don’t forget to include your address in details.

STEP 3: We will reply with the delivery fee based on the address, or you can see all delivery fees by clicking "International" at the bottom of the website.

STEP 4: We will respond with a total bill. If you are satisfied with it, please proceed to the payment.
Currently, we take Paypal or Visa bank transfer to Vietnam.
An invoice is optional, you can tell us whether you need one.

PAYPAL PAYMENT

We take the payment option “For friends and family” for these reasons:
- Fast money release.
- There is a small fee, which should be done by buyers.
- All orders are already covered with warranties by us and by the delivery center. Please check “warranty” at the bottom of the website if in need.
If you prefer the option “For goods and services”, please add an extra amount of $5 fee to the total bill.
After placing an order, the estimated arrival date will be informed, and, a tracking link will be sent in 7-10 days.
