WARRANTY
Our products are all made with love and care. All were hand-inspected multiple times before packing.
Sugar Spice is a small business and we have to rely on delivery companies' services, we don't accept returns at the moment. However, we do offer a full refund for every case which was the brand's fault.
We only accept cases only on new products within 7 days from the receiving date. These are the accepted cases:
- Broken threads
- Defective holes
- Stained fabrics
- Incorrect/missing products
- Damaged products during delivery (this is rare to see)
These cases are only accepted with an unbox filming before opening the package (6 sides of the box must be recorded). Once approved, a refund of 100% of the products’ prices will be conducted.
All orders are covered with a product warranty (loss, defect, wrong items) and a warranty from the delivery center (loss, damage but this is rare to see because the items are made from fabrics). Including a refund from the shop and a refund from the delivery company.
We don’t allow exchanges for international orders at the moment for reasons of distance.
